When my parents  taught me to say "рыба" (Russian children learn how to pronounce Russian "р" not at once) I found easiest way  wink when they asked me "Olga, say "рыба", I answered "selyodka" (herrings)  smiley

now your starting to think just like me.  wink  Finding other words that are similar and that are eaiser to pronounce
